Through a mixture of in-depth presentations and group conversations, this course explores leading Human & Organizational Performance operationalization and is well suited for any individual tasked with leading or involved with these efforts. No matter where your organization is currently at on its Human & Organizational Performance journey, this session can help prepare you for sustainable success. Audience - Leaders (all levels) - Safety Practitioners - HOP Practitioners - Safety Champions - Change Management Professionals - And others tasked with, or involved in, leading HOP within their organization Facilitator: Sam Goodman – Founder & Consultant, The HOP Nerd, LLC Location: Phoenix, Arizona Dates: September 19th & 20th, 2023 Duration: 2 days Objectives - Anchor key HOP concepts and ideas - Prepare those tasked with leading HOP operationalization for success - Provide tactical strategies and ideas for HOP implementation - Understand methods and approaches for gaining operational intelligence - Discuss improvement techniques and strategies - Examine techniques for creating sustainability Agenda - Introduction to Human & Organizational Performance - Introduction to methods of gaining operational intelligence - Putting it into practice using “The 10 Ideas” - The Use of Learning Teams - Approaches to Operationalization & Sustainability Notes: Upon successful completion of the course, each participant will receive a certificate of completion. Each participant will receive a complimentary copy of the book “10 Ideas to Make Safety Suck Less,” and various course related materials. Each day begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM Light snacks and refreshments will be provided Lunch is from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Lunch is not provided, but there are numerous local options.
