Thank you for an amazing 2023!

Wow, what a year 2023 has been!

Thank you to each of you that have supported the work we are doing here at The HOP Nerd LLC.

Whether you are a client, you have picked up 10 Ideas to Make Safety Suck Less or Starting Points Cards or The Starting Points Journal, you have liked, shared, or interacted with our social media posts or videos, you tune in to The HOP Nerd Podcast, you have recommended my content or services, and on and on… That support means so much to me.

This whole thing started as a podcast about 7 or so years ago with one key mission: “Make Safety Suck Less.” Over these years the podcast grew into books, videos, and consulting. With this growth into a business, that mission also evolved and expanded over time into “Making the World a Better Place to Work.”

No lofty strategic business plans.

No wacky marketing strategies.

No gimmicks.

Just “Make Things Better.”

It’s been an honor to help so many of you throughout 2023 bring a focus to operational curiosity, learning, and critical risk to your organizations – I cherish our time spent together operationalizing Human & Organizational Performance and humanizing our approaches to work. I always learn just as much (and often more) from you, than you learn from me. I am extremely proud of the work we do together, and proud of the work this HOP Community does as a whole.

2024 is shaping up to be a busy year. The calendar is quickly filling up with speaking engagements, workshops, learning teams, coaching, consulting, and more.
